The house was fully furnished and the bikes and kayaks as well as the beach towels and beach gear were a great bonus. Great location to the grocery store, main roads and restaurants. Travis communicated very well and was very responsive.
Our family of 7 visited for a week and had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was amazing. We brought a boat and were able to tie it up at the dock.
Extremely clean and very well provisioned, especially for the sports enthusiast. There are also many baby and toddler items if needed. Travis was exceptionally responsive to the questions we had.
The house is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and the pool was a true highlight. The dock was also fantastic; we caught fish right there and even saw dolphins swimming by.

Beautiful and relaxing home. Spent first day lounging in the pool and slept 10 hours the first night. I usually can only sleep 6 hours but the atmosphere was so relaxing and the bed was comfortable that I needed to set alarms so I would not miss my tee times. I look forward to returning next year.
Beautiful house, amazing pool, backyard access to canal, and EVERYTHING is provided! Kayaks, bikes, pool toys, beach towels- you don’t need to leave the property. Most impressive to us was the communication, any questions were answered immediately. We truly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous home, and felt so welcomed by Travis and Jamie. The pool is heated, saltwater, and faces south, so it holds sun from morning to late afternoon. The screened lanai runs about 2,500 square feet, with a covered section that stays dry when an afternoon storm rolls through.
There is a full outdoor dining table, lounge chairs, a gas grill, and pool floats and life vests in the storage bin by the door.
The dock sits on a quiet residential canal. Guests fish off the end of it in the morning and watch dolphins pass through. If you are trailering a boat, send us the length and we will confirm the fit.
The canal is calm enough that kids can paddle a kayak from the seawall without leaving your sight.

Free public access is 1.5 miles away. South Beach and Tigertail are about five minutes by car. Take the beach cart and chairs from the garage.
Tie your boat at the private dock, or fish straight off it. Snook, sheepshead and mangrove snapper all show up in the canal.
We're Travis & Jaime. We own the house and we answer every message ourselves. We know which bedroom the kids should take, which bike fits a twelve-year-old, and where the fish are in the canal in March.

Yes, with approval. We accept up to two non-shedding dogs under 30 pounds with a $100 pet fee per dog, and no cats. The fee covers the deeper clean that keeps the home comfortable for allergy-sensitive guests, and it applies to service animals for the same reason. There is a full page on traveling here with a dog.
Yes. The dock sits on a quiet canal and guests regularly tie up a boat for the week. There is a small per-day fee for the dock and lift, and trailers cannot stay on the property. Tell us your boat's length and draft before booking and we will confirm the fit and arrange trailer storage.
Free public beach access is 1.5 miles away. South Beach and Tigertail are both about a five minute drive. The beach cart, chairs and umbrellas are in the garage.
