One nightly rate per season, a cleaning fee, and tax. No platform service fee when you book here.

Rates are per night for up to nine guests. Longer stays are usually negotiable, so ask.
Included in the rate
- All bikes, kayaks, paddleboards and beach gear
- Pool heat
- Wi-Fi and streaming on every TV
- Starter paper goods, soap and laundry supplies
- Cribs, high chair and bed rail
Added at checkout
- $350 cleaning fee, charged once per stay
- $100 pet fee per approved dog
- $1,500 refundable security deposit hold (not a charge)
- Florida state and Collier County lodging tax
