Everyone should be able to plan a stay at Pirates Cove Marco Island — on the web and at the house.
Our commitment
Travis & Jaime personally own and manage this home, and we want the website to work for every guest, including travelers who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. We build the site with accessible, standards-based markup and check it regularly with automated accessibility tools.
What this site does for you
- Every image has a text description, so screen readers can announce what is shown.
- Color choices meet contrast standards so text stays readable for guests with low vision.
- Buttons, links and forms can be reached and used with the keyboard alone.
- Pages work on phones, tablets and desktops, and with screen magnification.
- The booking calendar is provided by Hostex, a third-party service. If it ever gives you trouble, contact us directly and we will complete your booking with you.
