The house
1,962 square feet on a quiet mid-island cul-de-sac. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, six beds, sleeps nine. Three king beds, a twin XL bunk, a queen sleeper sofa, and two pack-and-play cribs.
The living space opens to the pool, so the inside and the outside are really one room for most of the trip.
Pool, patio and dock
The heated saltwater pool faces south and sits inside a screened lanai on a 2,500 square foot patio. There is a gas grill, shaded seating, and an outdoor dining table.
The private dock is on a quiet canal with Gulf access. Guests tie up a boat for the week or fish straight off the dock for snook, sheepshead and mangrove snapper.
Everything is already here
Eight bikes, five kayaks, two paddleboards, a beach cart, eight beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, sand toys, fishing gear, pool floats and life vests.
For small kids: two cribs, a high chair, a bed rail, games and toys.
Location and booking
Half a mile to the YMCA, 1.1 miles to Mackle Park and its pirate-ship playground, 1.5 miles to free public beach access, about five minutes to South Beach and Tigertail, two minutes to Publix.
