The pool and the sun
The pool is saltwater, heated, and screened. Because the patio faces south, it holds sun from morning to late afternoon even in winter.
The lanai has shade and a grill, so lunch does not require going inside.
A day here
Kayak the canal early, ride bikes to Mackle Park or the beach access, swim through the afternoon, grill on the lanai, watch the sky change from the pool deck.
